Travel Fee Information

The first 20 miles from Locust, NC are included at no additional charge.
Beyond the included 20 miles, a Travel Fee of $5 for every additional 10 miles (or portion thereof) will be added automatically.
Your travel fee is calculated using your service address and will always be shown before you submit your booking and again during checkout.

Payment policy

You won't be charged until Sasha approves your booking. Standard services (dog walking, child care, elder care, vacation check-ins, home care, pet sitting) are paid in full after approval. Overnight house sitting, multi-day, holiday, and long-term recurring reservations booked more than 30 days in advance require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your dates, with the remaining balance automatically due 7 days before service. You'll get an email reminder before it's due.
