Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Sasha Lasha Services website (sashalashaservices.com) and any care services arranged through it. By using the site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings

A booking request is not confirmed when you submit it, and it is not confirmed merely because it has been approved. A booking becomes Confirmed once Sasha Lasha Services has approved the request and the required payment has been received. Requests move through Requested, Awaiting Approval, Approved (Awaiting Payment), Confirmed, In Progress, and Completed, and may be Canceled where applicable.

Our published rates are firm. Your complete price — including the services and options you select, any approved add-ons, applicable travel fees, and any discounts or credits — is shown to you before payment. Availability and scope are confirmed in writing before service begins.

Cancellations

Cancellation refunds follow a fixed schedule measured from your scheduled start time:

• More than 24 hours before service: 100% refund of the refundable service amount.
• 6–24 hours before service: 50% refund of the refundable service amount.
• Less than 6 hours before service: no refund of the refundable service amount.

For bookings that require a non-refundable deposit, that deposit is generally not refunded when you cancel. Any additional refundable service amount you have paid is subject to the cancellation schedule above.

Travel fees and tips are calculated separately and are shown in your cancellation preview before you confirm. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Rescheduling

You get one free reschedule when you ask more than 24 hours before the scheduled start, and the new date must fall within 30 days. After that, or for a later request, the cancellation schedule above applies unless your Care Partner accepts the change.

Deposits

Some advance reservations require a deposit to hold your dates. Whether a deposit applies, the deposit percentage, and when the remaining balance is due are set by the deposit policy in effect at the time you book, and the exact amounts and dates are shown to you on your payment page before you pay. Deposits are generally non-refundable under the published policy, except when Sasha Lasha Services cancels or an authorized exception is approved.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your account and for keeping your password secure.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect honest, first-hand experience. Reviews may be moderated and removed if they contain personal attacks, false claims, or content unrelated to the service.

Liability

The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Sasha Lasha Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Service-specific arrangements are governed by the agreement made with your assigned Care Partner at the time of booking.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when changes took effect.
