Bookings

A booking request is not confirmed until Sasha responds and accepts it. Availability, pricing, and scope are confirmed in writing before service begins.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking through your account. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the start) may be subject to a fee at Sasha's discretion.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your account and for keeping your password secure.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect honest, first-hand experience. Reviews may be moderated and removed if they contain personal attacks, false claims, or content unrelated to the service.

Liability

The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Sasha Lasha Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Service-specific arrangements are governed by the agreement made directly with Sasha at the time of booking.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when changes took effect.
