If you need your Care Partner to begin before the scheduled start time, Early Care is tiered by how much earlier care begins.
Running late? The first 30 minutes past the scheduled end time are complimentary. After that, Late Care is tiered by how much longer care continues.
Optional transportation you choose to add — your Care Partner collects or returns your pet. This is not a travel fee.
Extended uninterrupted daytime presence, available as an Overnight Home Sitting add-on. Billed hourly and never more than the daily maximum. Continuous Care is not the Overnight base, does not replace it, and is not the same as an Overnight daytime drop-in visit. VIP and Extended Booking Savings do not apply.
Your first daytime drop-in each night is complimentary. Add a second for $10.00 — 50% off the regular $20.00 Quick Care rate.
Early Care, Late Care, Pet Pickup / Drop-Off and Continuous Care are charged at full rate — VIP and Extended Booking Savings do not apply to them.
Extended Booking Savings
- What qualifies: a booking of 5+ consecutive service days.
- What you save: 20% off the eligible service amount.
- When it activates: automatically, as soon as your dates meet the 5-day minimum — no code needed.
- How it appears: as its own “Extended Booking discount” line on your price breakdown, separate from any VIP discount.
Extended Booking Savings is separate from VIP membership. When both apply they are applied one after the other, so 20% + 20% is a 36% effective saving — not 40%. Add-ons listed above stay excluded.
Travel Fee Information
- Travel distance is measured as one-way driving distance from Locust, North Carolina to your service address.
- The first 20 miles from Locust, North Carolina are included at no additional charge.
- Beyond the included 20 miles, a Travel Fee of $5 is added for every additional 10 miles (or portion thereof).
- There is no maximum booking distance — you can always submit a request, no matter how far away you are.
- Your travel fee is calculated from your service address and shown before you submit your booking and again during checkout.
- The travel fee is reimbursed in full to the assigned Care Partner. Sasha Lasha Services takes no commission on travel.
- All bookings — at any distance — remain subject to Care Partner availability and final approval.
