Founding Member Guarantee
Founding VIP memberships are strictly limited to the first 10 memberships ever sold. Once all 10 spots are claimed, the Founding tier closes permanently.
Cancelled Founding spots are never reissued. If a Founding Member cancels their subscription, their seat is retired forever — it will never be sold again, even to a returning member or new customer. There will only ever be 10 Founding VIPs in the history of Sasha Lasha Services.

VIP is a household-care membership, not a gate. Anyone can book a Care Partner without it — VIP simply lowers what you pay when you book regularly.
- 20% off eligible service amounts. On a $250 booking that's $50 back — more than two months of Founding membership.
- A complimentary first Meet & Greet with each new Care Partner. Normally $15 for up to 20 minutes. Your Care Partner is still paid in full by Sasha Lasha Services.
- Priority scheduling, including holidays and peak season.
- A monthly rate locked for life while your membership stays active.
VIP applies to eligible service amounts only. Early Care, Late Care, Pet Pickup / Drop-Off and Continuous Care are charged at full rate and never discounted. Travel fees outside the included service radius are also not discounted. Extended Booking Savings is a separate benefit that anyone can earn on 5+ consecutive service days.

What does the lifetime price lock mean?▾
Your monthly price never goes up as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and stay inactive for more than 30 days, you'll rejoin at the current available price.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing cycle — no partial refunds.
What happens when Founding sells out?▾
Once all 10 Founding spots are claimed, the tier closes forever — slots are not reissued, even if a member cancels. The next 40 members enter the Early VIP tier.
Do I need to log in to get VIP pricing on bookings?▾
Yes — sign in to your VIP account when booking to apply your member discount automatically.
Can I combine VIP savings with the Extended Booking discount?▾
Absolutely. The VIP discount is applied first, then Extended Booking Savings stacks on the subtotal for bookings of 5+ consecutive days.
