VIP applies to eligible service amounts only. Early Care, Late Care, Pet Pickup / Drop-Off and Continuous Care are charged at full rate and never discounted. Travel fees outside the included service radius are also not discounted. Extended Booking Savings is a separate benefit that anyone can earn on 5+ consecutive service days.

Common VIP questions
What does the lifetime price lock mean?▾
Your monthly price never goes up while your membership stays active. If you cancel and stay inactive for more than 30 days, you'll rejoin at the current available price.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing cycle. Partial refunds are not issued.
What happens when Founding sells out?▾
Once all 10 Founding spots are claimed, that pricing cohort closes. Places are not reissued, even if a member cancels. The next 15 members receive the Early VIP rate, then the standard VIP rate applies.
Do I need to log in to get VIP pricing on bookings?▾
Yes. Sign in to your VIP account when booking to apply your member discount automatically.
Can I combine VIP savings with the Extended Booking discount?▾
Absolutely. The VIP discount is applied first, then Extended Booking Savings stacks on the subtotal for bookings of 5+ consecutive days.
