Submitting this request doesn't charge you. Payment comes after approval, and your booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

How payment works

Once your request is approved, we'll email you a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed once that payment succeeds.

  • Bookings with a first service less than 48 hours away are paid in full.
  • Bookings of $300 or more with a first service under 30 days away can choose Pay in Full or Split Payment: 50% when you choose Split Payment, and the remaining 50% exactly 48 hours before your first service begins. Your booking total does not change.
  • Qualifying bookings made 30 or more days ahead reserve with a 25% deposit; the remaining 75% is due 7 calendar days before your first service. A deposit is not Split Payment, and Split Payment isn't offered on those bookings. Other bookings made 30 or more days ahead are paid in full.
  • Nothing is charged automatically. The exact amounts and due dates are shown on your payment page before you pay.
  • If a payment fails, you'll be asked to try a new payment method. Your request details stay saved.
  • Refund timing, if it's ever needed, depends partly on your bank, so we never promise instant arrival.

How travel fees work: the first 20 miles are included

Travel Fee Information

  • Travel distance is measured as one-way driving distance from Locust, North Carolina to your service address.
  • The first 20 miles from Locust, North Carolina are included at no additional charge.
  • Beyond the included 20 miles, a Travel Fee of $5 is added for every additional 10 miles (or portion thereof).
  • There is no maximum booking distance. You can submit a request no matter how far away you are.
  • Your travel fee is calculated from your service address and shown before you submit your booking and again during checkout.
  • The travel fee is reimbursed in full to the assigned Care Partner. Sasha Lasha Services takes no commission on travel.
  • You can request service at any distance. Your booking still depends on Care Partner availability and acceptance.
