How travel fees work — the first 20 miles are included

Travel Fee Information

  • Travel distance is measured as one-way driving distance from Locust, North Carolina to your service address.
  • The first 20 miles from Locust, North Carolina are included at no additional charge.
  • Beyond the included 20 miles, a Travel Fee of $5 is added for every additional 10 miles (or portion thereof).
  • There is no maximum booking distance — you can always submit a request, no matter how far away you are.
  • Your travel fee is calculated from your service address and shown before you submit your booking and again during checkout.
  • The travel fee is reimbursed in full to the assigned Care Partner. Sasha Lasha Services takes no commission on travel.
  • All bookings — at any distance — remain subject to Care Partner availability and final approval.

Includes: Overnight care 8 PM – 8 AM · 1 complimentary daytime Quick Care visit (up to 30 min, 8 AM – 8 PM) · Up to 2 pets included +$5 per additional pet, per night, after the first 2. Add a second daytime Quick Care visit for just $10 — 50% off our regular $20 Quick Care rate — while attached to an overnight booking.

Payment policy

Submitting this request doesn't charge you. Once your request is approved — which can happen the same day — we'll email you a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed once that payment succeeds. Approved bookings are paid in full through a secure payment link.

Good to know
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment succeeds.
  • If a payment fails, you'll be asked to try a new payment method — nothing is lost.
  • Refund timing (if it's ever needed) depends partly on your bank, so we never promise instant arrival.
